Dunhill Homes is welcoming Southern Nevada’s warmer weather with hot new pricing at its popular Tuscany Village master plan in Henderson. Pricing at its Zanetti and Pesaro collections now start at just $159,990 and include resident access to millions in luxury amenities.
“Tuscany is one of the most unique communities in Henderson,” said sales associate Michael Blevens. “Residents enjoy a resort-style community with a guard-gated entrance, award-winning golf course and 35,000 square foot recreation center for the same price they would pay at a neighborhood that has absolutely no amenities. With the Las Vegas Strip just 15 miles away and an international airport within a 15 minute drive, Tuscany is both a luxurious and convenient place to live.”
New pricing was recently introduced at Tuscany, providing up to $25,000 in savings from home prices a few months ago. Builder Dunhill Homes for a limited time offers upgraded granite kitchen countertops, upgraded cabinets and upgraded appliances as well as three percent of the sale price to be used towards closing costs. Details are available at the Tuscany Sales Center.
“In some cases the value of closing costs alone is more than $6,000,” said Blevens. “Smart home shoppers will take advantage of our new pricing and save thousands in the process. There is no other community in Henderson that offers so much for such reasonable pricing. The combination of amenities, included upgrades and builder paid closing costs represents one of the best values in the market today.”
Blevens cites Tuscany’s amenities as one of the top reasons new homebuyers visit the community. “For just $165 per month in homeowners association dues, you get full access to the La Vita Tuscana recreational facility, convenient access to the Tuscany Golf Club, playgrounds, common areas and even 50 channels of basic cable,” he said. “Most people at resort-style communities pay twice that for half as many amenities, and Tuscany has no additional SID or LID fees.”
Nine floor plans are offered in Tuscany Village, ranging in size from 1,264 to 2,700 square feet. Zanetti’s single story plans all include a gourmet cooking island, which is one of the collection’s most popular features.
“Residence 1705 in Zanetti includes vaulted ceilings and a front porch, two of its most desired features,” said Blevens. “And the home’s kitchen offers an oversized nook and pantry along with a large square island. It also includes three bedrooms and two baths with the third bedroom in an ideal location for a home office.”
Tuscany’s Pesaro collection includes three single story plans. Four bedrooms come standard in the popular Residence 2700, which is named for its size in square feet. This home’s formal dining room can be converted to a den, and a patio can be constructed off either the great room or master bedroom. The options join standard features such as a great room, large kitchen island and master suite with a spacious walk-in closet.
Tuscany’s 35,000 square foot La Vita Tuscana recreation center includes a lap pool, lagoon pool, hot tubs, a full work-out facility, an aerobics room, indoor and outdoor basketball, racquetball, tennis, arts & crafts rooms, billiards, conference rooms, social areas, park areas and jungle gyms for children.
A centerpiece of the community is the Tuscany Golf Club, designed by renowned golf course architect Ted Robinson Jr. The 6,906-yard, par 72 course was recently named Golf Magazine’s No. 1 Golf Course in Las Vegas in its annual BBQ (Bang for the Buck Quotient) rankings.
