Summer officially arrives this weekend for Dunhill Homes, when the popular Fun Zone Water Park opens for the summer season at Rhodes Ranch. Dozens of amenities bring summer fun home to residents of both Rhodes Ranch and Tuscany Village, the builder’s two Nevada master plan communities.
“The Fun Zone Water Park alone is a huge benefit to residents of Rhodes Ranch,” said Taylor Smith, sales associate. “There is no other water park like it in Las Vegas. People often ask if they can purchase season passes to the park, but it is only available to Rhodes Ranch residents and their guests.”
Fun Zone is the largest water park in Las Vegas and includes a 13,000-square-foot lagoon pool with wading areas, a 10,000-square-foot water park with three speed slides, five kid slides, rope bridges, multiple squirt gun stations and a 1,000-gallon bucket that fills and tips over every five minutes.
“The fun doesn’t stop there,” said Smith. “Rhodes Ranch residents have their choice of outdoor amenities including a 25-meter lap pool, two eight-person spas, a 12-person group spa, four large covered cabanas, one exterior lighted basketball court, two sand volleyball courts, four lighted tennis courts and a children’s playground with activity structures.”
“Both Rhodes Ranch and Tuscany Village were designed to offer resort-style amenities in the comfort of their own neighborhoods,” said Smith. “Whether you like to exercise, socialize or just play an occasional round of golf, you’re never far from home.”
Both Rhodes Ranch and Tuscany Village include 35,000 square foot recreation centers exclusively for residents. At Rhodes Ranch, the R-Club recreation center includes a great room that features multiple seating areas, a baby grand piano and a large television viewing area. The R-Club hosts regular card games, fitness classes a billiards room with both pool and ping pong tables for residents over the age of 16.
The R-Club also includes an indoor workout facility with weights and cardiovascular equipment, a full-length basketball court and two racquetball/handball courts. Residents can participate in a variety of group classes including Pilates, yoga, kickboxing, total body conditioning and circuit training in its group exercise room.
“And in Henderson just a few minutes from the Las Vegas Strip and McCarran International Airport is Tuscany Village,” said Marietta Manayan, sales associate. “It’s a little slice of the Old World in a perfect spot for summer fun.” Tuscany Village is also located near Lake Las Vegas Resort and the Lake Mead Recreation area.
Like Rhodes Ranch, Tuscany Village is home to an award-winning golf course, miles of walking trails and a guard-gated entrance with 24-Hour security patrol. The centerpiece of the community is the La Vita Tuscana recreation center.
This summer, residents will socialize in the sun at La Vita Tuscana’s 221,000-gallon pool with a wading area for toddlers, two spas and five waterfalls. For those who like to keep in shape, group lessons in kick boxing, dance and Pilates are offered while the comprehensive fitness center includes two racquetball courts and a full-size basketball gymnasium. Outside, a regulation lap pool, basketball court and tennis courts help keep residents in shape.
“With all of these amenities available, the only thing left to do is choose a home,” said Manayan. “They are more affordable than ever with floor plans starting in the mid to high $100s in both Rhodes Ranch and Tuscany.”
To visit Rhodes Ranch, take Interstate 215 to Durango Drive, and then go south to Rhodes Ranch Parkway. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. For more information, call 702-740-4111.
