What to Expect from Our New Communities
The Legacy Series
The Dunhill Legacy Series boasts enhanced floor plans, premium finishes, and upgraded architectural features. Features that most new home builders will charge you extra for come standard in these homes – like quartz countertops, brand-name appliances, and soft-close cabinets. We offer semi-customizable base interiors with upgrades and optionality like specialty countertops, lighting, and other personalized design touches. Homes in this collection are generally 1800-2500+ sqft.
The Estate Series
The Dunhill Estate Series boasts large, open floor plans, premium finishes, and upgraded architectural features, providing the feel of a custom-built home. Homes in the Estate Series are built on one to two-acre lots. Floor plans range from approx. 2000 sqft to 3,500 sqft and larger.

We’ve taken the guesswork out of home design by offering three thoughtfully curated interior collections: Modern, Farmhouse, and Traditional. Each package is carefully designed to reflect the latest trends in home interiors while maintaining a timeless appeal. Waxahachie

Pricing & Completion Dates
Homes in the Legacy and Estate series are expected to start in the mid $400,000’s, with larger plans exceeding the high $600,000’s depending on the community and customization options. We expect to have completed homes from these series in the Spring of 2025.
